“Career Rush” program starts at BelSU

The official presentation and start of the large-scale project on training of perspective young specialists – "Career rush" will take place on Students' Day, on January 25 at BelSU.

At the event representatives of EFKO Group and the Innovative center "Biryuch" will tell about features of the project and conditions of participation, programs of the paid training etc. Graduates of BelSU will share experience of career development with students as the acting staff of EFKO Group. Everyone is welcomed to practical trainings and master classes in career consulting. At the end of a meeting students will be able to register in an excursion in the Innovative center "Biryuch" and on production sites of EFKO Group.

As the vice rector for study and IT of BelSU Alexander Mamatov has noted, the program opens students new opportunities for employment.

“The program provides stage-by-stage entry into professional activity for the young specialist. The educational trajectory includes professional testing, an educational and work practice, research projects, training etc. Candidates who will show the best performance will be employed”, – Alexander Mamatov has emphasized.

According to the CEO of the Innovative center "Biryuch-NT" Tatyana Sanina, the “Career Rush” program is logical continuation of improvement of the ecosystem of talents’ development in EFKO Group.

“Its purpose is to give a chance of fast career start to active perspective students. Participants of the program will have unique opportunities for development, including the leader competences, will be able to realize theoretical knowledge which they gain at the university in practice, will try a profession under the leadership of skilled mentors”, – Tatyana Sanina has noted.
