Experience of BelSU – in a research about the best practicians of open publications of studies of the Russian higher education institutions

The head of Lomonosov Moscow State University Journalism Department New media and the theory of communication subdepartment , the director of Association of Internet publishers Ivan Zasursky told about the further prospects of activities for development of a repository of open access at the meeting with the deputy vice rector for scientific and innovative activity of BelSU Andrey Peresypkin. Belgorod State University and Association of Internet publishers have signed the agreement on advance of the ideas of open access to knowledge and cultural values and transparency in science and education.

In turn the deputy vice rector for scientific and innovative activity Andrey Peresypkin has expressed confidence in further effective cooperation in this sphere. Ivan Zasursky has transferred to the deputy vice rector a grant on the organization of the open publication of educational and final works and holding competitions and also the published research about practice of the open publication of studies in the Russian higher education institutions. The experience of BelSU is included in this research. In the end of the meeting both sides agreed that free access to knowledge is a basis of the cultural and developed country.
