BelSU celebrated the Day of Russian Science

The event dedicated to celebration to the Day of Russian Science was held in the hall of BelSU academic council. Welcome speech was made by the rector of the Belgorod State University, the doctor of political sciences, Professor Oleg Polukhin who has noted progress of young scientists, undergraduates and students and wished them new achievements for the benefit of the university and Russian education and science.

“I am glad that you manage to achieve good results in prestigious competitions of various levels. II am sure that you will move our science forward. Dear friends, as a result of our joint efforts we will make the forthcoming academic year interesting and memorable in respect of scientific achievements. We will be glad to support all your initiatives”, – Oleg Polukhin said.

The rector has also noted that at the end of February the meeting with the best representatives of university science will take place at BelSU.

According to a tradition the students was aarded for their scientific achievements. In conclusion of an event Alexander Kolbas and the head of department of students and young scientists’ research work Alexander Zhikharev presented a competition of BelSU innovative projects together with EFKO Group.
