BNRU Goes into the Top 20!

Our University placed 20th out of the 288 universities rated in the national Interfax survey

The universities were assessed on their achievements in Education, Research, Social Environment, Internationalisation, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Branding.

The Top 5 were led by Moscow State University, then came the National Research Nuclear University MEPhi. The Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology came third, with St. Petersburg State University fourth, followed by and the National Research University Higher School of Economics.

Interfax also gave rankings for each of the categories. We came 24^th in Education, 26^th in Research, 41^st in Social Environment, 17^th in Internationalisation, 13^th in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and 31^st in Branding.

BNRU was featured in the Expert scientific ratings, now in its third year. This focuses on academic articles published by university staff in relevant international journals. BNRU achieved a ranking in 3 out of the 14 groups. We ranked 13^th in Material Science, and 24^th in Life Sciences (both unchanged from last year), and ranked joint 16^th in Engineering Science.
