Representatives of BNRU participate in the business accelerator

Among the participants of the business accelerator are the winners of the ‘Scientific Breakthrough’ program: the young scientist Ulyana Krut with the project ‘Development of a bioactive sorption composition for micro-toxins neutralizing in animal feed’, students of the pharmaceutical sector of the Medical Institute Alexander Radchenko and Elena Kuzubova with the project ‘Development of nanocontainers for digestion improwement during GI disease’.

Within the framework of the program, young scientists of BNRU took part in a number of trainings: ‘Objectives’, ‘Introduction to Restriction Theory’, ‘Market Assessment and Analysis’, ‘Negotiations’, ‘Business Model Development and Unit-Economy Calculation’ and ‘Fundamentals of staff selection’. The participants of the accelerator were Deputy General Director for Development of Biryuch-NT Information Center Alexander Kolbas, Deputy Director General for Personnel Management of Biryuch-NT Information Center Elizaveta Bachurina and Deputy General Director for Economic Modeling of Biryuch-NT Information Center Pavel Ponomarev.

Participants of the business accelerator appreciated the program. Elena Kuzubova and Alexander Radchenko noted that Biostart influenced their perception of their projects, pointed out the correct vector of development, helped to get new practical skills.

Ulyana Krut, also, shared her impressions of the accelerator and plans for the future.

"Biostart" helped to look at my project from a different angle. Earlier I considered myself as a developer and took decisions on the development of the project from this position. Employees of IC ‘Biryuch-NT’ helped me to consider my development from the point of view of the business organizer. Due to this I found some gaps and shortcomings of my hypothesis, I plan to fix them in the near future. Next year, I decided to apply for the contest ‘Start 1’ and establish a small innovative enterprise”.
