A new international project was launched at BNRU

For the first time, two substantive international language schools were opened on the site of the university: ‘Russian language and culture’ - for German students (with the financial support of DAAD) and ‘Biologically active substances’ - with the participation of Dutch and Russian students and professors. The project was organized by the Center for Foreign Language Education and Academic Writing.

Director of the Center Larisa Tsurikova noted in her welcoming speech that the classes will be held at BNRU, however, a large cultural program is expected for all participants: museums and festivals, a large number of excursions and trips to the Belgorod region.

Students from Germany, Netherlands and Russia were greeted by the pro-rector for educational activities Alexander Mamatov. He said that International Language Summer School of BNRU became a popular project, and expressed the hope that subject-based foreign language schools shall open new horizons for educational activities.
