Finalists of the Russian Armwrestling Cup

In Sevastopol the Russian Armwrestling Cup has come to an end. These competitions have a special status, because they are the only ones in Russia, in which there is no personal credit, only the team competition. The team of the Belgorod Region was represented by seven people, five of them are students and graduates of BNRU Physical Education Department of the Pedagogical Institute

Team of the Belgorod region, defeating the team of the Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov region. In the final duel the team became silver prize-winners of the competition.

The team included students Denis Tolmachev, Mikhail Kudryashov, Mikhail Vasilyev, magistracy graduates Anatoly Zaporozhsky and Maxim Chersky. Maxim Chersky is the master of sports of Russia, an international member of BNRU Alumni Association. The team is trained by Igor Nikulin and Mikhail Filatov
