BNRU Bodybuilder Wins Regional Championship

Athletes from Belgorod, Bryansk, Moscow and Moscow Region, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk and elsewhere, demonstrated their athletic prowess in 19 categories. The competition was organised by the Belgorod Bodybuilding Federation. Mr Ali, a student at the Physical Education Faculty at BNRU's Pedagogical Institute, won in the 'Beach Bodybuilding over 175 cm' and 'Beach Bodybuilding ABS' categories. Mr Ali, from Jordan, came to Russia a year ago to get a good education and to try to realise his dream. He explained,

“I want to become a professional athlete, and I am sure that the teachers of BNRU will help me achieve this. I am very glad that I already have the opportunity to take part in competitions, thus realising my potential in the sport I love. I do not intend to stop here. My next target is victory at the Moscow Open Championship, and then the Nationals.”
