Slovakian Partners Arrive in Belgorod

The delegation included their Bursar, Dr Marcel Behro, Professor Katarína Slobodová Nováková, Dean of the Philosophy Department, Professor Jozef Sokol, Dean of the Natural Sciences Faculty, Dr Hana Pravdová, Deputy Dean at the Faculty of Mass Media Communication, Dr Andrea Čajková, Deputy Dean of the Social Sciences Faculty, and Dr Olga Yermachkova, a lecturer in the Russian Language and Literature Department. They toured the Institutes that interested them the most, stopping off at the Institute for Cross-Cultural Communication and International Relations, the Social Sciences and Mass Communications Institute, and the Institute of Pharmacy, Chemistry and Biology.

At a meeting with Dr Vladislav Kuchmisty, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, our guests were able to go into details about the proposals, and read an encouraging message from Professor Roman Boča, their Rector. It is hoped that we can set up student and staff exchange programs, share research, and cooperate on future research and conference projects.
