Science in Cinema Festival

The Festival took place in 180 universities across Russia and tickets were free. BelSU's Student Science Society teamed up with University staff in order to make this happen, and were recognised for their efforts with a certificate awarded by the Science in Cinema organisation. The students themselves voted for the two films they wanted to see, and they chose 'The Brain: the Other Universe' and 'The History of Silicon Valley'. The former revealed the astonishing scientific research into this mysterious organ, and the latter revealed the astounding inventiveness and awesome power of, arguably, our greatest invention.
