Socially Responsible Project Given the Green Light

Stary Oskol's municipal administration ran a competition encouraging high school children and local students to come up with ideas for helping the community in 2019. Ms Klimova submitted one of the five winning entries. The administration awarded her ₽15,000 (€200) to support her group of student volunteers called 'Otkritiye' (Discovery) which engage in small local projects.
