Around 12,000 people tuned in to a live-streamed lecture by Dr Natalia Doronina, a Belgorod State University psychologist, through the #Лекторий@minprosvet series of lectures in Russian
Her lecture, entitled 'The Nature and Typology of Personal Conflicts, and How to Overcome Them', tackled ways of identifying conflict, and effective ways of ending it. Dr Doronina explained differences in approach from across the globe, and tried to assess their effectiveness. As she explained,
“There is no single recipe for getting out of personal conflict. It is important that each person is aware of their own individual characteristics, and that, based on this knowledge, they get out of the situation staying self-aware and taking active, progressive steps.”
The lecture attracted attention from across the Russian speaking world, and included viewers from the USA, China, Ukraine and Belarus. If you missed it, you can find it on the University's VK page.
