Student Wins Paramedic Competition

The Western District includes Medical Institutes from Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Kaluga, Yelets, Kineshma, Moscow, Ryazan, and Orel, and tests the students' theoretical and practical training. The competition is modular, and allows the young medics to prove their knowledge, and receive advice from professionals. It is also a chance for their teachers to meet up, and a side conference is held with a view to sharing best practice. Dr Tatyana Chernikova took the students there, and took the opportunity to talk to colleagues from other Medical Institutes. It is not just the students who learn at these events.
