The NRU “BelSU” Rector answered teachers’ questions online

The online meeting was attended by vice-rectors and department heads of the university. During the two-hour conversation, the Rector and vice-rectors answered questions about the online examination and thesis defence procedures, future operating schedule, teachers financial support and their scientific and publication activity stimulation.

The Rector reminded everyone that all examination procedures, as well as the upcoming admission campaign, are to be carried out online.
Vice-Rector for Educational Activities Alexander Mamatov provided more detailed information on examination and thesis defence procedures. He noted that the student’s final thesis, meeting all the requirements and other necessary documents should be uploaded to the System in PDF format. Submission of the physical copies of the thesis and other documents is not needed. When asked about the missed assignments passing procedures, Alexander Vasilievich replied that this procedure would also be carried out online with the possible use of videoconferencing. Concluding the meeting, the Rector Oleg Polukhin said that this form of online communication would continue and thanked everyone for participating.
