The NRU “BelSU” entered the TOP-100 rating of “Innovative Universities”

The results of the first international rating “World universities by their impact on the society`s socio-economic development” were presented during an online conference organized by Seoul National University (South Korea). The rating was developed by the Seoul University Professor Hwy Chang Moon. The rating specifics were discussed during the meeting of the Hanseatic League.

In the first issue of the rating, the NRU “BelSU” was the only university in Russia in the TOP-50 in the “Industrial Implementation of R&D Results” field (24th out of 143 participants) and in the TOP-100 of the “Innovative Universities” overall rating (82nd out of 264 universities). Within the rating framework, the NRU “BelSU” presented the Belgorod Region project on the creation of a world-class REC “Innovative Solutions in the Agro-Industrial Complex”.

According to experts, the WURI rating is designed to assess the real contribution of a university to the development of society.
