The NRU “BelSU” is preparing for issuing diplomas to graduates

Vice-rector for Educational Activities Alexander Mamatov said that a lot of SFE related measures are being taken at the university every day - these are graduation thesis related video conferences, state examinations, pre-defense and consultations. The Vice Rector spoke in detail about the organization of the procedure for issuing diplomas to graduates this year, which will soon be launched at the Multifunctional Center.

During the discussion, the NRU “BelSU” Rector, Oleg Polukhin, instructed the directors of institutes to consider maximum security measures taken at the all-Russian vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation in organization of the diplomas issuing procedure on site.

- This year, more than five and a half thousand graduates are leaving the university. And we must understand how many of them will receive diplomas at the university, and how many diplomas will be sent by post as valuable insured parcels. It is necessary to consider the organization of the procedure in compliance with all the sanitary safety standards, - said Oleg Nikolaevich.

Director of the Social Policy Department Tatyana Nikulina reported on students living in dormitories, noting that there were no cases of coronavirus infection among students. Vice-rector for Construction and Economic Work Yevgeny Ivakhnenko spoke about the sanitization of university premises and the disinfection equipment acquiring.
