The NRU “BelSU” entered the TOP-40 best universities in Russia according to the RAEX rating agency

The Russian rating agency RAEX (Expert RA) has published the ninth annual ranking of Russian universities, which includes 100 strongest universities in the Russian Federation. The recurrent theme of the 2020 release: Leaders remain leaders, but competition grows stronger.

Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tomsk and Moscow region still show the highest concentration of the best Russian universities.

The NRU “BelSU” continues to show positive dynamics in the rating, having risen by 7 positions in a year and taking the 40th place. By the level of research activities, the Belgorod State National Research University takes the 26th place, and by the level of demand for graduates among employers – the 30th in Russia, having significantly improved its performance (from 96th place in 2017). According to the “Conditions for obtaining quality education” indicator the NRU "BelSU" occupies the 60th position.

According to the RAEX experts, national universities will be forced to prepare for significant changes in the area of higher education after the pandemic. The benefits will be given to those participants of the scientific and educational space who have been able to take active part in the digitalization process and establish high-quality distance learning.

The NRU "BelSU", as showed by the new RAEX rating, is ready for these challenges.
