NRU BelSU will train specialists in the field of digital transformation for agribusiness

The Institute of Engineering and Digital Technologies will provide the new Master program in compliance with the field of study 09.04.02 Information Systems and Technologies with 34 full-time budget places and 11 part-time places allotted. According to Professor Olga Ivashuk, the Head of the Department of Information Robotic Systems of BelSU Institute of Engineering and Digital Technologies, in two years the Belgorod REC will employ specialists possessing deep expertise and practical skills in the field of digital transformation of agribusiness.

“The graduates will gain competencies necessary for developing innovative technologies in the agricultural sector. They will be able to sort a large amount of data in the agricultural sector, predict risks, minimize errors due to human factors, and propose innovative approaches for companies,” said Olga Ivashuk.

A large part of the education will be practice-oriented training and involve top specialists in the field of digitalization and representatives of agribusiness. The Master program graduates in Information Systems and Technologies in Agribusiness will be highly demanded by agricultural enterprises and agricultural holdings.
