Volunteer students of Belgorod State University were awarded letters of gratitude of the President of Russian Federation

The meeting was attended by representatives of student groups, authors of various projects, volunteers and members of the youth government. Vyacheslav Gladkov congratulated the young people on All-Russian Students’ Day and recalled his student years. The BelSU students took an active part in the discussion of the creative festival movement. Maria Tyatykh and Angelina Besedina presented the most ambitious actions of 2020 including musical evenings “VezelkaLive” on the embankment in Pobeda Park.

The Acting Governor of the region noted that the increasing role of volunteering in this difficult time and promised to fully support the representatives of the volunteer organizations.

The meeting was concluded by an award ceremony where Vyacheslav Gladkov presented the volunteer students with the letters of gratitude of the President of Russian Federation “For Selfless Contribution to the All-Russian Volunteering “We Are Together” Campaign”. Among the awardees were BelSU students Evgeny Patrakhanov, Vladimir Pokrovsky, Nikolay Kazban, Anastasia Tyazhlova and Daria Osechkina.
