BelSU students undertake an internship at Yerevan State University

The 5^th year students of the Institute of Pharmacy, Chemistry and Biology of Belgorod State University Elena Kuzubova and Alexandra Radchenko were awarded Scholarship of the President of Russian Federation to study abroad in 2020-2021. As the Deputy Director of the Institute Ulyana Krut told, the students were assigned to the departments of the Institute of Pharmacy of Yerevan State University to carry out graduation thesis research in bioorganics and analytical chemistry. She noted that the internship is organized within the framework of cooperation between BelSU Institute of Pharmacy of Chemistry and Biology and the Institute of Pharmacy of Yerevan State University.

Elena Kuzubova conducts her research on the topic “The Biological Activity of Synthetic Amino Acids and Peptides”, Alexandra Radchenko is developing a modified laboratory technology for the complex processing of sea buckthorn. The scientific-production center “ArmBiotechnology” of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia which is equipped with modern equipment became the basis for the thesis implementation. The leading scientists of Armenia help BelSU students in their studies and scientific research.
