Two teams of Belgorod State University will participate in the "CASE-IN" finals

Ten semi-finalist teams from the Central Federal District presented technical solutions for optimizing costs for ventilating underground mine workings to the jury and defended a cost optimization project taking into account economic efficiency criteria. The best ones were selected by a competent jury consisting of the employees of the leading industry enterprises.

The “Vetrov Rose” and “Stalgrim” teams consisting of the students of BelSU Institute of Geosciences entered the top three of the semifinals and received the right to participate in the final stage of IX International Engineering Championship “CASE-IN” which is scheduled for May-June in Moscow.

The winners will receive the title of the best youth engineering team of the “Sustainable Development” season, the CASE-IN Cup and worthy awards: leading companies in the fuel and energy complex and MSC will offer students internships and work practice, and universities – admission to Master's and Doctoral studies without entrance examinations.
