BelSU is a participant of the international intercultural student forum “Synergy”

This year the estate “Rozhdestvenskoe Podvorye” in the Shebekinsky district hosted the participants of the annual forum for the universities and colleges of Belgorod, Orel, Ryazan, Rostov-on-Don, Kursk and Moscow.

On the first day of the forum Associate Professor of the Department of Russian Language, Professional Speech and Intercultural Communication, Head of the Center of Intercultural Communication Olga Lyutova and Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations, Foreign Regional Studies and Political Science of the Institute of Intercultural Communication and International Relations Nikolai Fomichev conducted a workshop on intercultural communication, organizing the work of youth and student associations in a multicultural and multinational community.

The second day was dedicated to the student intercultural festival in Shebekino. On the third day of the forum the participants attended an educational excursion to the branch of Belgorod State Historical and Local Lore Museum, the fortress city “Yablonov”.

As the participants of the forum noted, beside educational events they enjoyed exchange of experience, stories about the traditions and culture of different nations, dances, songs accompanied by a guitar and new acquaintances.

Three days passed in high gear and in positive and friendly atmosphere.
