The results of QS World University Rankings 2022 were announced with the final table representing 1300 universities from 93 countries, including 48from Russia. Belgorod State University has pursued this success for over 7 years by developing its scientific, educational, international activities
In the final rating table BelSU entered the group of 1001-1200 due to highest number of international students (303 in the world) and reputation assessed through reviews of academics and employers (group 501+). Evaluated in terms of the teacher-student ratio the university was ranked on 524th place in the world. In terms of the foreign lecturers number and the citation rate per 1 lecturer, our university was included in 601+ group.
“The achieved result is owed to the major efforts on the university’s development, extension of our international collaboration. We have become more recognized in the global scientific and educational space due to active cooperation with foreign partners, launch of joint faculties, implementing scientific MegaScience projects, participation in the World-Class REC “Innovative solutions in Agri-Business”, emphasized BelSU Rector Oleg Polukhin who took part in the QS Rating award ceremony.
Oleg Polukhin received the award from Sergey Khristolyubov, the Regional Director of QS Quacquarelli Symonds for Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
