The Associate Professor Victoria Ruzhenkova, the Acting Head of Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Clinical Psychology Department of BelSU Medical Institute, was among 48 winners of the regional project
The names of the winners were announced at the closing ceremony of the “Novoye Vremya” regional personnel competition. The competition was initiated by the Administration of Belgorod Region in order to identify and promote promising management personnel.
191 candidates competed in the final round of the “Novoye Vremya” project. Six representatives of Belgorod State University became the finalists, among them Nikolai Tsybulia, the Head of International Office, Maxim Semibratsky, the Deputy Director of High School of Management, Tatiana Streltsova, the Deputy Director of the Institute of Economics and Management, Victoria Ruzhenkova, the Acting Head of Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Clinical Psychology Department, Larisa Miroshnichenko, a senior lecturer of Foreign Languages Department and Sergey Maslakov, the Head of R&D Sector at Stary Oskol BelSU Branch.
As a result, the experts selected 48 winners who had leadership qualities and were willing to work for the benefit of the region. Among them was Viktoria Ruzhenkova. At the awarding ceremony, the Acting Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said that all the winners will be included in the regional personnel reserve and many will receive offers for cooperation. The expert club will be also launched to continue work with all the competition finalists.
