Experts of general scientific dialogue

BelSU students and management representatives took part at the popular science event. Oleg Polukhin, BelSU rector addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.

The team of students was represented by: Antonina Stukalova, student of the Institute of Medicine, member of the III Student Rector Advisers Council, Artur Torosyan, Master's student of the Institute of Economics and Management, member of the III Student Rector Advisers Council, Mikhail Razdabarin, student of the Institute of Cross-cultural Communication and International Relations, Chair of the Club of Young Political Scientists, Veronika Linnikova, student of the Institute of Pharmacy, Chemistry and Biology and Imil Karimov, Master's student at the Institute of Earth Sciences.

Their opponents were Inna Buynyakova, Deputy Director of the Department for Training and Academic Staff Evaluation, Stanislav Sivakov, Director of the Department of Scientific Communication and Publishing Activities, Ignat Ignatenko, Director of the Institute of Earth Sciences, Boris Tkhorikov, Head of the Department of Management and Marketing and Alexey Deikin, Director of the Joint Center for Genetic Technologies.

For several hours, the teams competed in creativity and persuasiveness of comments on various questions about scientific phenomena.

Both teams found creative ways to complete the tasks, however, the expert jury gave preference to the team of students. But their opponents come in a close second.

All participants were awarded with certificates and prizes.
