BelSU student team won the regional GTO festival

Professors and employees of the Faculty of Physical Education of BelSU Institute of Pedagogy organized and held the festival. The refereeing team was headed by Alexander Voronkov, Director of the GTO Testing Center. Students competed in Shooting, Standing Long Jump, Abdominal Crunches, Sprint (60 meters) and Long-Distance Running (2 and 3 km), etc.

The results of the competition were summed up in individual and team classification. In the individual competition among young men, the entire podium was taken by BelSU students: Rustam Abdi Ogly, Ivan Agafonov and Kirill Belsky. Among young women, the top three are as follows: Lyubov Doroshchuk (BelSU), Yesenia Kolesnik (BSAU named after V. Gorin) and Yulia Sushkova (BelSU).

In the team classification, the victory was won by the BelSU team. Putilin Belgorod Law Institute of Ministry of the Interior of Russia team was the second. And the third place was taken by BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov team.
