Belgorod State University organized the #PROF Holiday for schoolchildren with the focus on economics

For two days students from the schools of Belgorod town and Belgorod region, Borisovsky and Shebekinsky district got acquainted with the departments of the Institute of Economics and Management, their fields of study and prospective career paths in a play mode. Interactive lectures, master classes and business games were held for the high school students.

Tatiana Streltsova, the Deputy Director for “Business Captains” and Career Guidance Programs, introduced the students to the fields of study and the specifics of the admission campaign in 2022.

Natalya Govorukha, the Executive Director of BelSU High School of Management made a lecture on “Professional Development: How to Draft a Personal Plan” speaking about a professional development plan and how to set ambitious goals for a successful career.

The students mastering the “Captains” educational programme at Management and Marketing Department held the “Megapolis” business game for the high school students who learned not only how to earn digital cash, but also how to effectively manage their budget.

The high school students enjoyed the non-conventional way of career guidance – the event participants emphasized interesting material and easy learning.
