At the invitation of the Representative Office of the Russian Centre for Science and Culture in the Republic of Tajikistan, Belgorod State University participated in the 10th anniversary exhibition-fair “Russian Education. Tajikistan-2022”, held in Dushanbe and Khujand, the largest cities of the Republic.
The event was organized by the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office in Tajikistan jointly with the Ministry of Education and Science of Tajikistan and was supported by the Embassy and Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Tajikistan. Igor Lyakin-Frolov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Tajikistan, Pavel Shevtsov, the Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo, Ivan Ivanov, the Head of Rossotrudnichestvo representative office in Tajikistan and Abdulkholikzoda Lutfiya Abdulkholik, the Deputy Minister of Education of Tajikistan participated in the opening ceremony of the anniversary exhibition-fair.
Thirty-four leading Russian universities presented their educational programmes to university entrants, students and their parents, as well as to the staff of Tajik universities. The exhibition events were attended by 4,000 people during three exhibition-fair days.
Dmitry Srybniy, the Director of BelSU Centre for Education Export, told the visitors about the advantages of studying at BelSU and the admission rules in 2022.
At the moment there are 79 Tajik students studying at BelSU, and according to Dmitry Srybniy, the university's popularity among Tajik applicants grow every year.
