48 students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages graduate with honours

This year the diploma awarding ceremony for 103 graduates was held at Foreign Languages Department of Pedagogical Institute. Some graduates studied at the joint educational programs with Karshi and Samarkand State Universities.

The graduates were congratulated by Vladislav Kuchmistiy, BelSU Vice-Rector for International Cooperation. Associate Professor Alexey Kolesnikov, the Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, addressed the graduates with parting words. He paid a special tribute to all the lecturers who guided the students and contributed to their professional development and talents revelation. He also presented the graduates with diplomas of higher education.

Valeriy Timofeev, the Chairman of the Trade Union Committee, also made a congratulatory speech. He handed in the letters of gratitude to the distinguished graduates.

The festive atmosphere of the graduation ceremony was created by the artistic groups of Belgorod State University. Among the brightest were the performances by "Dance Chaos" dance studio, "University" vocal group, "Terpsichore - Alice" classical dance group, as well as Sofia Leshchuk, a graduate of Foreign Languages Department, and Margarita Anisiko, a representative of the Student Union.
