For the first time this year the summer language school will be held in a mixed format - participants will study both in person and on distance.
This year BelSU Language School, organized for the 10th time, will be held in a new building of the university campus.
It is remarkable that comparing to the previous years the school classes are available to the participants in two formats – students can communicate with instructors and native speakers either face-to-face or on distance.
At the opening ceremony of International Language School the participants were welcomed by Alexander Mamatov, the Vice-Rector for Education, and Larisa Tsurikova, the Director of the Centre for International and Foreign Language Education.
According to Alexander Mamatov, the language school allows the participants to improve their language skills in a short period of time.
Larisa Tsurikova informed the language school participants that they would learn languages with native speakers for two weeks and have an opportunity take a linguistic intensive course in English, French, German and Spanish. Students will also be able to take master-classes in Serbian and Italian.
Among the leading instructors of the Center for Foreign Language Education and Academic Writing will be the course instructors – Jan Turner, Pavel Ngateyo, Valentin Doborovic, Omar Contreras, Vojislav Stojanovic and Alessandra Marabini.
Belgorod State University Language School will also host international students wishing to study Russian as a foreign language.
