Vladimir Chuev, the Head of the Department of Medical and Technical Systems of Belgorod State University, was presented a commemorative badge and certificate at a ceremonial conference dedicated to Town Day.
Professor Vladimir Chuev, the General Director of VladMiVa Holding, the Head of the Department of Medical and Technical Systems, became an honorary citizen of the regional center. The corresponding decision was made by the deputies at the City Council sitting on 19th July.
A commemorative badge and a certificate of conferring the “Honorary Citizen of Belgorod” title were presented to Vladimir Chuev by Anton Ivanov, the Mayor, and Vadim Radchenko, the Chairman of Belgorod City Council at the ceremonial conference on Town Day.
Vladimir Chuev has been the Head of the Department of Medical and Technical Systems for more than ten years. BelSU students have been trained and done internship at the production facilities of VladMiVa Experimental Plant, which avails modern analytical and technical equipment. The department has developed educational programs in medical materials science and become a pool of talents focused on the tasks of the plant.
The department headed by Vladimir Chuev takes an active part in implementation of the “Prioritet-2030” strategic program. Besides, VladMiVa Experimental Plant has been a BelSU industrial partner under the “Innovative solutions in Agri-Business” REC project, aimed at creating animals producing recombinant proteins, which are essential in manufacturing pharmaceuticals for rare and socially sensitive diseases treatment.
