The international stream of the "Woman Leader" educational programme brought together more than 170 representatives from 19 countries. The Executive Director of BelSU Higher School of Management was among the 25 participants who successfully defended the social project at the end of their studies.
This year, our compatriots living outside of Russia were able to participate in the “Woman Leader” educational programme for the first time. The purpose of the programme is to unite women who are active, businesslike, ones who can manage and solve complex tasks.
Representatives of 19 countries of the world and 47 regions of Russia, including Natalia Govorukha, Executive Director of the BelSU Higher School of Management, were trained for 6 months.
Natalia says that the focus of the programme was on the content and relevance of the project across the federation, as well as the leadership qualities of the participants. Her team worked on the “Culturesophy” social project. The purpose of the project is to create a platform for supporting and promoting project authors and entrepreneurs producing children's toys and educational products.
Valentina Matvienko, Chairman of the Federation Council, congratulated the participants at the final module, saying that today the “Woman Leader” programme undoubtedly forms another dimension of cooperation for all like-minded people, for those who love Russia, and for whom the country, culture, history remain native, wherever they live.
For reference: The “Woman Leader” programme has been implemented in Russia since 2020 on the basis of the Senezh Management Lab of the presidential platform “Russia is a Country of Opportunities”. The international stream is organized jointly with the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum and the Federal Agency for the CIS Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation.
