The 10th Scientific and Practical Conference “Science Youth of the Central Black Earth Region” held at Belgorod State University

This year the conference, held via videoconferencing, brought together the participants from a wider geographical span. Beside students from Belgorod region, young researchers from Orel, Vitebsk in Belarus, and the Donetsk People's Republic presented their works.

The speakers presented the results of their research in five directions: “Chemistry and Life”, “Amusing Medicine”, “Following the Biological Discoveries”, “Functional Food”, “Biotechnology and Microbiology”. The jury noted a high level of the submitted works and awarded the winners and participants of the conference with diplomas and certificates.

While congratulating the winners, Andrey Prisny, the Director of the Institute of Pharmacy, Chemistry and Biology, noted that participation in such a scientific forum enables young people to choose their future career path as early as possible and get interested in science.
