The representatives of Belgorod State University presented the university’s study opportunities and admission rules to Kyrgyz school leavers in the framework of an exhibition.
The V Eurasian Education Exhibition was attended by Nikolay Tsibulya, the Director of International Cooperation Department, Daria Sushchenko, the Director of the Centre for Educational Export and Olesya Makanina, an Associate Professor of Biotechnology and Microbiology Department of the Institute of Pharmacy, Chemistry and Biology. The event was held in Bishkek and Osh.
BelSU delegation informed the Kyrgyz school leavers, their parents and teachers about the admission and study conditions at Belgorod State University. The event featured presentations on the educational programmes provided by the university and study advantages at BelSU as one of the leading universities in Russia.
The presentation materials of the university's institutes caused much interest of the perspective applicants. They asked questions about accommodation conditions in the dormitories and were interested in the options for creativity development at the university. Over 100 schoolchildren gave their contacts to receive feedback on the admission campaign. The applicants were most interested in medicine, pedagogy and information technology.
At the end of the exhibition the organisers announced the request from the Kyrgyz government to conduct professional development courses in natural sciences for school teachers, college and university teachers in August 2023.
Nikolay Tsibulya also noted that Belgorod State University planned to expand cooperation with higher education institutions of Kyrgyzstan.
