BelSU medical students win in the international conference

The conference was structured in five sections. Medical students of Belgorod State University participated in two of them: “Physiotherapy and Reflexotherapy in Medical Rehabilitation and Sanatorium Treatment” and “Medical and Psychological Rehabilitation”.

The scientific work on “Evaluation of Effectiveness of Upper Limb Functions Rehabilitation based on Novel Special Needs “Bizibord” Device”. The project “Development and Testing of the Novel Domiciliary Rehabilitation Method for ACVA Patients based on Special Needs Board” is implemented within the “Prioritet-2030” programme. The work was presented at the conference by Vladislav Dubrova, a doctoral student of the Department of Intermediate Level Therapy, and Oleg Gorbunov and Anastasia Dobudko, students of Medical Institute. The jury highly evaluated their scientific work and awarded it the first place.

In the second section, the fifth year medical students presented their work on “Assessing the Effectiveness of Rehabilitation for ACVA Patients”. Oleg Gorbunov, Elizaveta Filimonova and Yulia Molchanova presented their papers.

It is worth noting that Oleg Gorbunov also presented a bizibord for upper limb rehabilitation for stroke patients at the International Festival of Scientific and Technical Creativity for Children and Youth “Ot Vinta!”.
