Graduates of Belgorod State University represent Belgorod region at the XIV International “IT-Planet 2023” Competition

Vyacheslav Chebotarev and Anna Nesvoeva, BelSU Applied Informatics students of the Institute of Engineering and Digital Technologies, won the qualifying round of the XIV International Information Technology “IT-Planet 2023” Competition and were among four participants selected to represent Belgorod region in the finals of the largest IT competition in the CIS.

The research by Vyacheslav Chebotarev is dedicated to development of a computer system for banks rating. Last year Vyacheslav was awarded the “Worthy of Belgorod State University” medal, and has been announced as the best university’s student-researcher this year.

Anna Nesvoeva won the “Teacher of the Future” competition in March 2023 as part of the regional project “A Continuous System Aimed to Advanced Skills Development for Digital Economy at General Education Institutions of Belgorod Region”. She presented her research in on the topic “Development of A Computer Assessment System for Individual Credit Profiles”.

20 students were selected in “The Best Free Diploma” nomination in the finals of “IT-Planet 2023” competition, including Master students of Belgorod State University.

The concluding competition finals will be held on 26-29 May 2023 both in a full-time and videoconference formats and accompanied by live streaming.
