127 doctoral students successfully completed their studies at Belgorod State University this year.
The ceremony of diplomas awarding was held for the seventh time. This year the ceremony was held at the Centre for Intercultural Communication. Nikolay Repnikov, the Acting Vice-Rector for Science and Innovations, and Inna Buynyakova, the Acting Director of the Department of Academic and Teaching Staff Education and Attestation, congratulated the graduates.
While addressing the young scientists, they noted that doctoral studies at BelSU will lay the basis for their successful career and professional development. Nikolay Repnikov stressed that the next important step should be the defense of a PhD thesis and obtaining a PhD degree.
Lilia Polovneva, a graduate of the Institute of Engineering and Digital Technologies, Dmitry Boev, a graduate of Law Institute, Pavel Velikikh, a graduate of the Institute of Economics and Management, and Contreras Sarria Jacinto Omar, a graduate of the Institute of Intercultural Communication and International Relations, spoke on behalf of the PhD students.
They expressed their gratitude to the university administration, the institutes’ administrations, their supervisors and mentors, as well as to the team of the Department of Academic and Teaching Staff Education and Attestation, confirming their commitment to achieve the main goal – a PhD degree.
