BelSU students participate in educational seminar for team leaders

“Games of the Future” is a new international tournament in 16 semi-digital disciplines, which will be held in the capital of Tatarstan in the phygital format next year. Preparations for the largest-scale event have already begun: an educational seminar for the team leaders was held in Kazan.

Students from Belgorod State University, representing DobroTvorets Centre, participated in the event aimed at building teams, bringing together people with key functions in managing volunteers, helping managers to coordinate volunteer activities.

The students got acquainted with the “Future Games” project, completed the educational programme, upgraded their competencies while obtaining a new team leader status, attended skateboarding phygital games in the “URAM” extreme park and Super Cup of Russia 2023 at Ak Bars Arena.

According to the students, they shared positive and bright emotions during the programme events, gained useful knowledge, which is essential for effective coordination and organizing the work of volunteers at the university.
