Belgorod State University professors and students took part in the "Growth Points: the World of Russia - the World of Eurasia" International Forum in the Altai region.
Events of the "Growth Points: the World of Russia - the World of Eurasia" International Forum were united by the idea of promoting the Eurasian space integration around the Russia and its neighbors’ same values.
Viсtor Sapryka is Head of the Department for Social Management and Government Services at Economics and Management Institute, Belgorod State University. Evgenia Shavina is PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Institute of Political Economy and Economic History at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. They held the exciting International Humanitarian Cooperation foresight session for young participants of the “Growth Points” project from five EAEU countries during the forum. That session predicted possible processes development case in the humanitarian sphere until 2050. Belgorod State University students, connecting via videoconference, took an active part in the foresight session simultaneously with the ASU. The teachers of the youth groups were the project experts.
– Today, conducting events in the public diplomacy field is very important for Russia. The Eurasian scientists, experts and young leaders association will make it possible to determine the EAEU and our country development priority in the long term. Focus groups, foresights, and situational analysis make it possible to form the future image that become the Eurasian world basis, – Victor Sapryka concluded.
The IPS in cooperation with partner organizations with the Presidential Grants Fund, the Gorchakov Fund and the Altai region Government organized that forum. More than 300 people from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan joined the forum in a mixed format.
For information: The "Growth Points" international project in the public diplomacy field is an educational activity set. It demonstrates the EAEU and the Russia and Belarus Union advantages to young participants. Since 2020, the project has been under implementation by the IPS in cooperation with partner organizations using the Russian Federation President grant provided by the Presidential Grants Fund and supported by the Gorchakov Fund.
