BelSU Equestrian School and Preparatory Department jointly organise several charity excursions for international students as part of Partnership Year.
The students of Preparatory Department had an opportunity to get acquainted with equestrian sport at Belgorod State University. Young people from different parts of the world not only rode horses and fed them, but also learnt a lot of interesting facts about equestrian traditions in Russia and native horse breeds.
Most of the students contacted a horse for the first time. As for Nazar Khanseydinov, whose family keeps horses, the excursion reminded him of his homeland – sunny Turkmenistan.
“Such excursions enable our foreign friends to get acquainted with Russian traditions, get to know the Russian soul and hospitality through friendly communication with a horse”, said Natalia Kadyrova, a sports instructor of BelSU equestrian school.
Such activity dedicated to culture and traditions of equestrian sport ensured a lot of positive emotions and sincere delight of the foreign guests. Many of them wished to return to the equestrian school and study there on a regular basis.
