A BelSU lecturer participate in the international forum in Yoshkar-Ola

Participation in the international forum “Everything for the Victory! Mari State University: Link Between Generations” was attended by Roman Travin, a lecturer of the Department of International Relations, Foreign Regional Studies and Political Science of the Institute of Intercultural Communication and International Relations.

The forum, timed to the 80^th anniversary of the Ukraine’s liberation from the fascists, was also attended by Elena Tsunaeva, the State Duma Deputy, Mikhail Shvetsov, the Rector of Mari State University, Alexander Odintsov, the Director of the State Archive of the Republic of Mari El, scientists, civil servants, representatives of educational institutions, cultural and public figures from different regions of Russia. The forum included an assembly of the mentors of Russian Search Movement.

Roman Travin made a report on the relevance of political education in the current geopolitical situation.
