NRU BSU received high rates in 36 subjects in the National Aggregate Ranking

In 2024 ranking, NRU BSU maintained its presence in the same 36 subject rankings as in 2023. The university is represented in the premier league by three subject areas – “Economics and Management”, “Education and Pedagogical Science’, as well as “Earth Sciences” (the university has been in the first league for three years in this subject area).

In the first league, the university is still represented in the Rankings by 14 subject areas. However, Olesya Serkina, leading expert of the Directorate of Strategic Development Programs and Competitiveness Enhancement of NRU BSU, pointed out that there had been several changes. Thus, the university moved from the second to the first league in such integrated groups as “Chemistry”, “Service and Tourism” and “Theology”, from the third league – in the integrated group “Physical Education and Sports”.

In the second league, the university is still represented in the Rankings by 13 subject areas, having improved its positions in such integrated groups as “Nanotechnology and nanomaterials”, “Clinical Medicine” and “Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery” (all three groups have raised from the third league).

Belgorod State University remains represented by five subjects in the third league and one subject in the fourth league.

“The presence of Belgorod State University in the same subject rankings as in the previous year justifies the consistent quality of education in the training areas provided by the university. Besides, taking into consideration the fact that the number of participating universities in the rankings has increased in most subject areas, the results of our university look even more impressive”, – Olesya Viktorovna concluded.
