Sofia Boldyreva and Yulia Grebenikova have been recognized among the top 70 lecturers in Russia.
The winners of the fourth season of the All-Russian competition "Znanie. Lecturer," organized by the Znanie (Russian: Knowledge) Society, were announced during an award ceremony at the National Centre in Moscow.
The awards were presented by prominent figures, including Sergey Kravtsov, Minister of Education of the Russian Federation; Elena Yampolskaya, Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation; Maxim Dreval, General Director of the Russian Society "Znanie"; and Baldan Tsydypov, Hero of the Russian Federation and Director of the Department of Patriotic Work in the Russian Society "Znanie."
The finals of the Znanie. Lecturer competition featured 140 of the strongest participants from 52 regions across Russia.
Among the 70 winners hailing from 37 regions nationwide were Yulia Grebenikova, who graduated from the Social Work program and now directs the Professionalism project at the Senezh Management Workshop and Sofia Boldyreva, a graduate of the BelSU Department of History and Philology, currently teaching Russian language and literature at Belgorod’s Lyceum No. 9.
‘I was hopeful for a successful performance in the finals, and I’m thrilled that the jury appreciated my ideas and developments. In the near future, I plan to participate in the national competition 'Teacher of the Year-2025,’ Sofia shared.
Each winner was awarded the honorary title of lecturer from the Russian Society "Znanie," along with a prize of 250,000 roubles. This funding can be utilized to promote their educational content.
For the record. Over 19,000 participants from all regions of Russia took part in the fourth season of the All-Russian competition "Znanie. Lecturer." They prepared original lectures on 14 competition topics and underwent a rigorous multi-stage selection process that included public speaking training, organizing their own lectures in their home regions, and interviews with experts.
