Students from BelSU Engineering College recently had the opportunity to visit Stalenergo, a research and production enterprise, as part of an organized excursion.
During their visit, the students gained valuable insights into the production processes, equipment modernization, and innovative technologies employed at the facility.
A representative from Stalenergo provided an overview of the company’s operations, explaining how modern equipment is developed and its applications, particularly in railway transport and subway systems.
The engineering students were able to observe technological processes first-hand and engage directly with specialists on-site, allowing them to bridge the gap between theory and practical implementation.
At the conclusion of the visit, students discussed internship opportunities and potential career paths within the company, sharing their impressions of the day. They left with enhanced knowledge and experience that will benefit them in both their studies and future careers.
Natalia Podzolkova, a teacher at BelSU Engineering College, remarked, “The visit to Stalenergo was not only engaging but also a valuable experience for the students, deepening their interest in their chosen profession. All participants expressed their gratitude to the management for the opportunity to explore the energy sector. We look forward to continuing our career guidance events.”
