Belgorod National Research University continues to shine on the global stage, securing its place in the prestigious QS World University Rankings 2026.
This year, the ranking evaluated 8,467 universities from 106 countries, and BelSU proudly ranks within the 1401+ group.
One of BelSU’s standout achievements lies in its international student body. The university has made significant strides in the International Student Ratio (ISR), climbing to 276th place worldwide, up from last year's 296th position. Additionally, BelSU has been recognized for its diversity, ranking 247th in the new International Student Diversity (ISD) indicator. As Rector Evgeniya Karlovskaya highlights, approximately 4,000 students from 92 different countries are currently enriching our campus community.
In terms of academic reputation and employer recognition, BelSU is included in the 701+ group. The university also ranks in the 801+ group for several key indicators, including Faculty-Student Ratio, Employment Outcomes, International Research Network (IRN), and Citations per academic staff.
