The funding will be used to enhance student self-government.
The Students’ Union of Belgorod National Research University (BelSU) has secured over 290,000 rubles from the All-Russian “Rosmolodezh. Grants. Microgrants” competition to enhance student self-government.
The project, titled "Voice," was proposed by student Galina Plotnitskaya and recognized in the “Inspire!” category.
Plotnitskaya aims to foster dialogue between students and university administration at a three-day strategic session, involving engaged students, the rector’s office, and trade union members.
"We’ll discuss pressing issues and develop a concrete plan for advancing student self-government," she stated.
BelSU Rector Evgeniya Karlovskaya congratulated the team, emphasizing the initiative's importance in strengthening student roles in university life.
