The scientific-educational project brought together over 700 participants, including Belgorod State University students and students from other regions.
The “Young Researcher School” scientific-educational project started at Belgorod State University in an online format in early November. For two months students participated in research and entrepreneurial tracks, designed the postgraduate school of the future at foresight sessions, and learned how to form interdisciplinary teams.
At the School closing the participants were welcomed by Inna Buyniakova, the Deputy Director of BelSU Department of Training and Certification of Scientific and Pedagogical Staff. The guests were also addressed by Olga Dekhnich, the Deputy Director for Research of the Institute of Intercultural Communication and International Relations, Boris Tkhorikov, the Head of the Department of Management and Marketing, and Olga Gerasimenko and Maksim Semibratsky, Associate Professors of the Department of Management and Marketing. The moderators thanked the students and School organizers and expressed their willingness to participate in the future events.
Many of those who attended this year's Young Researcher School expressed a wish to participate in the next season as well. In their opinion, the event helped the active young people to get involved in science and technology. According to the results of the School an exchange of young researchers contacts was formed.
As Inna Buyniakova noted, such events would be held in Belgorod State University on a regular basis.
Galina Shaidorova, a doctoral student of the Institute of Pharmacy, Chemistry and Biology, Pavel Velikikh, a doctoral student of the Institute of Economics and Management, Oksana Mankovskaya, a doctoral student of the Institute of Intercultural Communication and International Relations and Anna Mordzilovich, a doctoral student of St. Petersburg State University, expressed their gratitude to the organizers and moderators of the School. All of them noted the high level of organization of the School, the extensive program and useful lectures.
